The Mali customer owns a large-scale egg tray processing plant with an hourly output of about 5000 egg trays. For a long time, the factory has relied on natural drying to process wet egg trays.
However, with the continuous rise of local egg tray demand, natural drying has exposed obvious shortcomings: low efficiency, long drying cycle, and easy moisture regain or deformation due to changes in weather such as rain and humidity, which seriously restricted the production progress and product quality.
