How to operate the pulp tray hot press machine?
- Confirm the completion of the inspection before starting the machine, you can carry out the production operation.
- Turn the “manual/automatic” rotary switch on the operation panel to the automatic position.
- Take the semi-finished products that match the mold on the equipment and put them on the mold flatly, press the two start switches with both hands at the same time.
- When the upper table and the lower table of the equipment close the mold, release the start button switch to prepare the next product and wait for the upper and lower molds to separate.
- Wait for the upper and lower die separation will be shaped after the product is out, and check whether the product meets quality standards.
- Check the completion of the stacking of finished products to continue the next product shaping work.
- The operator must wear gloves and sleeves when working, to avoid burns.
- One person is strictly prohibited to start the machine more than one person to pick up and put the product, so as not to crush it.
- Pay close attention to the operation of the equipment when working, such as abnormalities, immediately press the emergency stop switch turn off the power, and promptly report to the shift supervisor and related technical personnel.
