The customer comes from Cameroon and has been operating a medium-sized poultry farm for over two years. During daily operations, egg trays were purchased from external suppliers, which led to frequent challenges such as price fluctuations, unstable supply, and long delivery times.
To gain better control over packaging costs and ensure consistent egg protection during transport, the customer decided to invest in a complete egg carton processing line.
Beyond meeting internal demand, the customer also planned to sell surplus egg cartons to neighboring poultry farms, creating an additional revenue stream and improving overall profitability.
The customer wanted a clear breakdown of the total cost of the egg carton processing machine, including:
They were particularly focused on achieving a balanced investment with a reasonable payback period.
Another major concern was whether the machine could use locally available waste paper, such as:
We explained the pulp preparation process, raw material handling complexity, and confirmed that raw material costs typically account for a low percentage of total production expenses, making the project suitable for local conditions in Cameroon.
We recommended custom aluminum molds, known for high precision, long lifespan, and consistent molding quality.
As an overseas customer, they also asked whether remote installation guidance and technical support would be available. Our engineers confirmed full remote assistance, including installation videos, online guidance, and operation training.
After understanding the basic technical details, the customer entrusted a friend based in Hangzhou, China, to visit our factory on their behalf. We arranged a complete reception program, including:
The customer expressed strong confidence in the solution and finalized the order for a 4000pcs/h egg carton processing machine.
